Shipping Policy

• All shipments will ship within 3-5 working days after receipt of order via UPS Ground, unless customer specifies air service.
• In the event that product is not available within the 3-5 working days period, customers will be contacted via e-mail, fax, or phone.

Return Policy

• Product returns are subject to review.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus inbound and outbound freight.
• Custom ordered product is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
• All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping instructions will provided.
• All returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.
